1. What does EZsite cost?

RM2,300 for the first year, then RM800 a year to renew. Hosting is included in both. It is a corporate website platform, so you get the site, the admin panel and somewhere to run it without a separate hosting bill.

2. What does the e-commerce package cost?

RM3,300 for the first year and RM1,500 a year to renew. At the moment it also comes with the payment gateway setup fee and first-year annual fee waived.

3. Can we try it before committing?

Yes. Ask us for a demo account and you can go through the admin panel yourself before deciding.

4. Should we subscribe or have something built?

If your process is reasonably standard and the budget matters, subscribe - you get a working system in days rather than months, and you are not paying to rebuild things that already exist. If your business runs on a workflow that is genuinely unusual, or you have conditions no off-the-shelf product covers, have it built. Custom costs more up front but it is far easier to extend later, and you are not waiting for someone else's roadmap.

5. Do we own the code on a SaaS subscription?

No, and that is the trade. On a subscription you are using a platform we host, maintain and keep updated, which is why renewing costs a fraction of the first year. If owning the code matters to you, that is a custom project.

6. What happens to our data if we stop subscribing?

It is your data. Ask and we will export it for you.

7. What else do you run as SaaS?

EZsite for corporate websites, EZcon for consignment businesses, EZlearn for online courses, Ez-Leave for leave and attendance, and iCRM for marketing and customer management.

8. Do we need technical staff to run it?

No. The platforms are built for the person doing the job, not for a developer, and onboarding training is included.

9. How is our data protected?

SSL on every connection, regular backups and the platform kept patched. Because it is hosted by us, security updates land without anyone on your side having to do anything.

10. Can we bring our existing data in?

Usually yes - contacts, products, customer lists and similar. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly what will import cleanly and what will not.

11. Can we request features that are not in the product?

On some platforms, yes - custom modules can be added on top. If the list of things you need is long, that is usually a sign a custom build will serve you better.
