Ground floor area equipped with 4 ceiling cassette air conditioners to make sure comfortable and ventilation. Training room is equipped with ground power sockets, you don't need to bring your own extension cord. 2 projectors to make sure every participant has a good distance of view during meetings or lessons.

Terms & Conditions:
1) Duration of use: Full day (4hours or 8hours)
2) Setup: before 1 hour the time on the event start.
3) Rental of venue is subject to signing of “Right to Use Property Agreement” (“Agreement”) by the client. The Agreement shall be signed within seven (7) days from booking of venue.
4) 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon booking of venue. The booking fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
5) Additional hours required for setup, event and dismantling: RM 100.00 per hour, subject to availability of venue and management approval.
6) Security deposit is 50% of rental fee. The security deposit is refundable and will be refunded free of interest after the expiry date of the event less any sum due to the Owner from the client.
7) The security deposit and balance of 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon signing of the Agreement.
8) Set up plan subject for management approval is required upon confirmation.
