The overall space is 35 x 62 sq ft, consisting of Lobby, Discussion Room, Training Room, and 4 Restrooms. Ground floor area equipped with 4 ceiling cassette air conditioners to make sure comfortable and ventilation. Training room is equipped with ground power sockets, you don't need to bring your own extension cord. 2 projectors to make sure every participant has a good distance of view during meetings or lessons.

Terms & Conditions:
1) Duration of use: Full day (8hours) or Half Day(4hours)，extend hour is applicable.
2) To complete the booking process, a deposit 50% of the rental fee shall be paid upon booking with signing the “Right to Use Property Agreement” (“Agreement”), the deposit is non-refundable.
3) 50% of the balance + RM200 security deposit paid 14 days before the event date, the security deposit is refundable.
4) Setup and preparation can begin 30 minutes before the event's start time, and cleaning up must be completed within 30 minutes after the event ends.
5) If additional hours are required by the event day for setup, event, and dismantling, or if the venue is not promptly cleaned and returned, an additional charge of Rm 200.00 per hour will be charged, subject to the availability of venue and management approval.
6) Advanced application needed for self-bringing equipment and devices.
7) Any illegal activities are prohibited.
8) ITEA Technology reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions.
