We offer refunds under specific conditions based on the type of service purchased. Due to the nature of digital services, certain products may not be eligible for a refund.
All domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable once processed. If a domain registration fails due to system errors or registrar issues, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Domains that are successfully registered cannot be canceled or refunded as they are immediately registered with the domain registry.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New web hosting customers are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 30 days of purchase.
After the 30-day period, hosting fees are non-refundable.
Domain fees, SSL certificates, and any third-party add-ons purchased with the hosting plan are non-refundable.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a policy violation, no refunds will be issued.
Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly SaaS plans are non-refundable once charged. Annual Subscriptions: A refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Cancellation of a subscription will stop future billing but will not provide a refund for the remaining period.
If a refund is issued due to a billing error or system failure, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

All courses purchased on ITEA TECHNOLOGY will be refunded if the course doest not meet the minimum pax limitation.

While our refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after the expiry date (first day of the course), so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Web Hosting Services: Activated within minutes after payment confirmation.
SaaS Subscriptions: Available for use immediately upon successful payment.

Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded due to registry regulations. If a domain registration fails, a full refund will be issued.
