1. How much does an online store cost?

RM3,300 for the first year, then RM1,500 a year to renew, with hosting included. At the moment the payment gateway setup fee and first-year annual fee are waived as well.

2. How long does it take to build?

About 21 days once your product information and images are ready. Product data is usually the long pole - a hundred products with photographs, descriptions, variants and prices takes longer to assemble than most people expect.

3. Which payment gateways can you connect?

We are an integration partner of five Malaysian gateways - Fiuu, Adaptis (formerly iPay88), DOKU, revPay and Curlec - and have built against Billplz, eGHL, senangPay, PayPal, Stripe, Evonet and Global Payments. We can also set up recurring billing, split payments and payouts where a business needs them.

4. Which couriers can you connect?

We have integrated nineteen: ABX, Arriival, Best Logistic, City-Link, DHL, Flash Express, GDEX, J&T, Janio, KEX, Lalamove, Line Clear, MEG, Ninja Van, Poslaju, SettlePoint, Shopee Express, Teleport and Yolo. We have also built the logistics platforms themselves - Motorex, ML Express, MyParcelKing and MWM Express are our systems, so courier integration is not something we are learning on your project.

5. Can the store talk to our accounting software?

Yes. We have connected AutoCount, SQL Accounting, Bukku and Xero, so orders and invoices do not have to be keyed in twice.

6. Can we manage products and orders ourselves?

Yes, through the admin panel, and we train your team on it. Adding a product or changing a price should never need a developer.

7. Do we own the store?

On a subscription you are using a platform we host and maintain, which is why renewal is much less than the first year. If you need to own the code, we can build the store as a custom project instead.

8. Can the store handle delivery and self-collection?

Both, and at the same time. Courier rates, flat rates, free-shipping thresholds and pickup points can all run together, with different options by product or by area if the business needs it.
